Mono Spaces

This incredibly versatile building are our most popular design. The walls, floor and ceiling built using SIPs giving immense structural strength and thermal performance. It has a flat roof and like the Duo (apex roof) model,  is in all other aspects, completely bespoke. We offer a wide range of materials, an overview of which are listed below. Depending on usage, space and budget there are many upgrades and additional features available to ensure a truly fit for purpose and inspiring educational space.

  • Constructed using SIPS* (structural insulated panels) providing immense structural stability and insulation

The 'turnkey' cost of our buildings typically ranges from between £1,500 and £2,100 per square meter (excluding VAT). However, due to the specialist nature of our clients requirements, this can vary.
