We provide a 'turnkey' service from initial concept and survey to delivery of a ready to use building. Every project delivers a bespoke solution that best fits your space, budget and functional requirements.

The cost of our buildings typically ranges from £1,500 to £2,100 per square meter (excluding VAT). Due, however, to the specialist nature of many of our clients' requirements, this can vary.

You can select from our wide range of designs and materials, such as lighting, flooring, windows and doors. In addition, our experts can install a myriad of optional extras including kitchenettes, audio visual systems, additional power sockets, sound proofing, toilet facilities, climate control and much more, to enhance your building making it truly fit for purpose.
