I thought I would let you know how pleased we are with the work carried out by Florian and his colleagues. We have ended up with an excellent attractive building at a very reasonable price that will enhance the education of our community for years to come. The design team met our brief and displayed a good understanding of our needs, responding promptly to any required changes.

The installation team did work very hard and so the building itself was competed in a much shorter time than we had initially anticipated . It was evident throughout that Florian and his team took a great deal of pride in their work and I did not feel at any stage that their work was anything other than first rate. The project was largely on budget, with some minor increases that were justified. The build is of good quality, or seems so and sits very well in the landscape. We would say it was excellent value for money. We would use Eduspaces again, a well designed modern space at a sensible price. Eduspaces design good-looking buildings, their strength being in design and value for money.

Requirement

Nanstallon school, like so many, needed additional classroom space. Originally they envisaged a standalone building but after in-depth discussion and site surveys with our senior designer, a classroom linked by a corridor to the main school building, was decided on. Real estate was limited as was budget and so it was essential to design a building that make very best use of space yet was affordable, attractive and functional. What resulted was a light spacious thermally efficient classroom, nestled between existing buildings that felt a part of the school and provided 55m2 of additional classroom space.
