Duo Spaces

The fundamental difference between the Duo and Mono is the style and construction of the roof. The duo has a dual pitch 'apex' roof, giving a fabulous vaulted ceiling internally, for maximum light and spaciousness. In all other aspects, the Duo like the Mono model is a bespoke building. We offer a wide choice of materials and finishes listed below and offer many additional features such as bifold doors, external decking and internal kitchenettes, to ensure a truly versatile and fit-for-purpose educational space.

The 'turnkey' cost of our buildings typically ranges from between £1,500 and £2,100 per square meter (excluding VAT). However, due to the specialist nature of our clients requirements, this can vary.
