Requirement
Chelmsford Counselling federation needed additional space, that could be used as a spacious training room and as counselling room for both individuals and families. This bespoke building utilised the additional garden space at the rear of the main property, which had been converted to offices.
Our Solution
Ramped access with safety balustrade: With anti-slip composite decking interspersed with non-slip strips.
Fully accessible: Low threshold access from the ramped walkway.
Bifold doors: 5 sashes, each of 1.0m wide by 2.25m high.
Window and door Frames: All powder coated aluminium (RAL 7021 ST)
Energy efficient glazing: A rated double glazing, Argon filled with toughened glass
Integral Binds: Gives privacy when required, fine control of light and reduces unwanted solar gain on hotter days. They sit within the glazed panel and are maintenance free.
Climate control: Fujitsu condenser unit is exceptionally energy efficient and maintains the perfect temperature and humidity winter and summer.
Laminate Flooring: Our 12mm thick flooring with wide planks, is exceptionally durable yet very authentic looking and welcoming. It comes with a 25-year manufacturer's warranty.
Electrics: 9 internal and 3 external dimmable LED down-lights and 6 double power sockets (all in brushed metal finish), all Part P certified.
